Message dated April 5 was read stating the Governor read the                                                                    
following resolution and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies                                                          
to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
          SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 6 am Encouraging all                                                                            
          states to oppose the decision of the United States Fish                                                               
          and Wildlife Service to list the polar bear as a
